Print quality

For excellent sharpness and vibrant colours all images are printed on delicate Hahnemühle FineArt Pearl (pearlescent, 285 g/m²) paper, certified to be colour-fast for 100 years. The Epson 11880 inkjet printer is used with UltraChrome K3 pigment inks. A total of 9 ink cartridges (6 colours plus 3 levels of black) ensure the finest tonal shades and increased detail in highlights and shadows through a perfect grey balance. Perfect image quality thanks to the highest resolution: 1,440 dpi.

Print sizes

Please note that prints are produced with an additional 1.2" wide white border for a more refined look. They can also be mounted easily in passe-partout frames. This means a 12" x 8" print will be 14.4" x 10.4" including the border. All sizes are approximate.

Delivery

A fixed delivery charge of £5.99 is added to all orders covering delivery to any country within the European Union. Whilst orders outside of this region are welcome please get in touch before placing your order as an additional delivery charge will apply.

Most prints are ready for dispatch within approx. 6 working days. Please add 1-2 days for delivery. Each print will be finished for you by hand with high attention to detail, and must pass a quality control test at every stage of production. Large format prints and multiple orders are therefore generally ready for dispatch within approx. 10-15 working days. Please add 1-2 days for delivery. You will be emailed to advise when your print has been shipped. If you are not available on delivery, a message will be left for you so that you can contact the individual responsible for delivery and agree a suitable date.

Packaging

All prints are packaged in protective slipcovers which are custom-cut and seamed to fit each piece’s individual format. Corners are protected with Styrofoam.
